Missouri is one of the most business-friendly states in America
MISSOURI – According to a new report by corporate site selection company Pollina Corporate Real Estate, Missouri is one of the most business-friendly states in America. The Show Me State ranked ninth in the report.
The Pollina study, which is co-published with the American Economic Development Institute, examines 32 factors that are controlled by state government, including taxes, human resources, education, right-to-work legislation, energy costs, infrastructure spending, regulatory environment, workers compensation laws and state economic development efforts.
Overall, Utah took the top spot followed by Nebraska, Indiana with Virginia and Kansas rounding out the top five. To see the entire Pollina report, go here.
