FLS Connect facility calling for more jobs in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Political communication and fundraising firm FLS Connect is opening a new call center in Springfield. The facility will create about 200 jobs.
FLS cited the quality of Springfield’s workforce.
“Springfield offers top notch employees with Midwestern values that fit our mission of building a one‐to‐one relationship between our clients and constituents,” said FLS partner Tony Feather, a Missouri native.
Scheduled to open Dec. 1, FLS Connect is already filling available positions, including management staff. The Minnesota-based company selected Springfield over three other communities.
This will be the fourth location for FLS Connect. The company has two facilities in Minnesota and another in Phoenix.
